Vtg Mexicali Pete the Drum Player Battery Operated Toy ALPS Working with Box

Vintage Mexicali Pete "The Drum Player" Battery Operated Toy... Comes with original box as shown in photos. Condition: Toy is in good working condition. Keep in mind these vintage battery operated toys work best with brand new batteries... Which is what we used when testing.

When turned on, Pete bangs on his drums while turning side to side. Battery box is very clean as shown in photos - no batteries were in the toy when I acquired it. Some wear to Pete's clothing... There are a couple small rips in his pants (see last 2 photos) and a couple light spots on his shirt/clothing.

I did wipe the toy down with a rag prior to photos... That said, there may still be some dirt/dust present.

Original box is in nice overall condition with some wear as expected. There is a rip/tear in box bottom as shown in photo #10.
