Vtg Alps Japan Battery Operated Remote Control Tin Toy Helicopter INCOMPLETE

  
The helicopter does work (the lights come on, it moves forward & backwards, propellers move). But it moves slowly and sometimes you have to roll the batteries while holding the remote control tightly closed. It will require 2 D batteries (not included, battery compartment empty). Unfortunately there are missing pieces. The metal cover for the cockpit is gone. The metal tin has scratches, rust spots, dents, discoloration and wear. The tires are damaged and bent inward. The wire has bends and kinks. The end of the wire is missing the covering.
