Approximately a 1960 ATOM MOTORCYCLE and RIDER - Made of TIN. Please See photos as they show actual overall condition of paint, fit and finish. Measures 11-1/2 Inches Long x 4-3/4 Inches Wide (At Elbows) x 8-1/2 Inches Tall. Battery Compartment in excellent condition. NO POWER to the Motorcycle drive system (Won't Go). Drivers Left Boot is missing the roll pin that connects it to the activator. Light rusting on Front of headlight and gauge trim ring.

Left side Drive Wheel is worn / bent. Front wheel is missing a pal cap or snap ring to attach axle to strut (unlike drivers side). Front Wheel turns freely it is not a drive wheel / friction wheel...

Drive for the vehicle was designed to come from two wheels on bottom center of the motorcycle that DOES NOT activate when the switch is turned on. Tin appears to be slightly depressed on the front fender edge. Again - Please See photos for overall condition - Motorcycle Does NOT FUNCTION when batteries are installed...

A short history of Masudaya Modern Toys (MT) of Tokyo, Japan. Masudaya was one of the leading builder of tin type mechanical and battery operated toys in the post-World War II era. Unlike many of their competitors Masudaya managed to survive to this day, due in part to their involvement in the airsoft gun craze of the 1980's.

They are mostly known for basically creating the "skirmishable" airsoft guns that could be used for combat simulations rather than target shooting. Masudaya normally identifies their toys using the M-T, or Modern Toys logo. Photographed on a 1 Inch Scale board - This is the item you will receive. See my other VINTAGE & COLLECTABLE ITEMS, as well as MINERALS & FOSSILS. SEE PHOTOS FOR WHAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING.

Please ask questions if you need more information and I will be glad to help in any way I can.
