THIS IS----a vintage original toy, the toy is taken apart and not complete, but the top part is so clean and nice, one of the treads is nice, the other is broken, it is clearly missing one axel and one wheel. And it is missing whatever connected the top to the wheels, so there is nothing for me to test with batteries, you are going to need some parts to get this all back together and working.
