Vintage Battery Operated Speed Boat

  

This is for a Rare example of an early battery operated wood toy boat made most likely by Ito Japan in early 1950's. The boat comes with nice mahogany wood color hull, an early electric working motor with an interesting coiled contact mechanism for the port and starboard lights. The boat needs to be re-wirded in order for it to work. It measures 12" by 3 1/4" wide.
