My description may not be right. So look at pictures and YOU decide what shape the item is in.

It comes with decals and instructions and flags. Inside of the hull is dirty and needs a cleaning. Battery box has some rust.

A few blue parts were painted yellow. It comes with 1 girl figure.

Not sure if it had more figures? Only 1 chrome railing in picture but has another not shown in picture. Top of box in fair shape as for the bottom of box. It has tape on it. Made by the Marx Co.
