This listing is for a mint BATTERY OPERATED HAPPY N SAD MAGIC FACE w/box as shown. This is not a reproduction toy. It is in very good working order. Overall condition is excellent - mint. Tin litho, plastic and clothing are nice and clean.

No rust or corrosion anywhere. Remote battery compartment is in good condition and the wiring is flexible and unbroken. Accordion is in perfect, undamaged condition. The 5 correct actions of this toy when operating follow: (1) Arms move the accordion, (2) Accordion makes noise, (3) Clown moves to the left, (4) Clown moves to the right, (5) Clown changes facial expressions.

This toy has been tested and works great. It is listed on page 89. It is a 1960's era toy made by the Y Co. And distributed by the Frankonia Co. The box is complete and in good - very good condition with some clear tape repairs.
