1963 CORVETTE Ichida Battery Operated Stingray

  

1963 Split Window Corvette Ichida Battery Operated Toy! Car is C9+; box is C4/so so. When I bought the car, the older gentleman appeared to have cut the box lid's car pictures and glued them to a different lid, yet retained a good box bottom that appears from the original toy.

That's fairly weird in itself, but I'd assumed the box lid sustained damage, yet the car is fantastic cosmetic and running condition. The box is shown however in the attached YouTube video clip.

PLEASE see all photos and my YouTube clip at the bottom of this listing! Video shows the solid running condition. Pop-up headlights open and close, and the headlamps light up as designed, and the bump-and-go mechanism works too. Battery box is clean as if new! I've owned this toy for 25+ years, and it's only been on display in a class case.

I start it once a year just to keep the motor lubed. I promised my wife that I'd FINALLY start slimming down the collection(s), so although I will be slow to list (I do have a day job still), I will keep a small stream of nice listings in the coming weeks if you'd car to look in.
