Excellent condition but dose have some nicks and scratches--large 13 1/2 long--all tin metal with some plastic parts---battery operated with bump and go action and working head lights--- has been tested and works good--- on/off switch on rear works good---3 of the rubber tires look like they have been nicely repaired---you have to look very closely to see any difference---clean battery compartment.
