He works with a couple issues. Only 1 eye lights up.

I had to put the batteries in reverse and give his bottom wheels a little spin before he started walking, roaring, and moving his mouth. The arms do not move at all.

Hes in really nice shape, spare the left eye, which is most likely why it doesnt light up. There some rust in the battery compartment but it didnt seem to affect anything.

The box is in poor shape but its all there... Lots of tape holding it together.
