Vintage toy outboard boat

  
Vintage toy outboard boat and motor 1959 Mercury and Zepher boat. It displays very well the boat has a repair to the bottom. The motor has nice clean decals. I tried the motor but it didn't run I'm sure the brushes need to be cleaned. Wires and paint look good.
