Rare hard to find toy made one year, 1964 for Sears by Marx Toys.. Here are the positives, IT WORKS, stop and go action with motor sounds, one of two turning cannons works the other has slight movement, turning radar screen, bow doors open/close and ramp extends, green light on mast works, rockets and depth charges fire.. The negatives, missing tank, missing one depth charge, mast has broken off stand and red light missing, set lever has broken off (lever piece is in picture with broken red rudder), broken rudder, front cannon present but cracked, rear cannon has broken barrels, four missing cannons on rear end..
