A 1963 Marx Hootin' Hollow Haunted House Tin Litho Battery Operated Toy. Minimal rust on the house window sill, minor areas of rust under the paint, some slight rust around the metal base perimeter. Function Buttons: Both black cats retain their tails. The hidden cat jumps out when its button is pushed. Dracula is missing from the front door. The door opens a little when the button is pushed, but not all the way. The white window lights up displaying the ghost. Window shade goes up part way. I don't know how far its suppose to go. The house roof shakes when button is depressed. Skelton emerges from the chimney all the way. The two buttons that don't function are the Spooky Sound and the Whistling Sound. House maintains both side window awnings, left side window has both shutters and the front porch has the metal night lantern. Battery compartment is clean with minor visible rust. Battery door latch is present and working.

Bottom base retains all its tabs and show light rust in one corner. Overall Height: Approximately 10.5 inches.

Width of Base: Approximately 9.5 inches. Depth of Base: Approximately 7 inches. I'm not an expert on Vintage Toys, Tin Litho Toys, Wind-up Toys or Marx Brand Toys.
