RARE 1960's LINEMAR BATTERY OPERATED HUNGRY CAT TIN LITHO TOY JAPAN MARX working

  
This listing is for a hard to find BATTERY OPERATED HUNGRY PUSSY CAT w/box as shown. It is in excellent-mint condition. It is in full working order. When batteries are inserted and the toy is turned on, the following 7 correct actions occur: (1) The eyes light up, (2) The left hand paws at the fish in the bowl, (3) The kitten makes squeaky sounds of approval, (4) The kitten's head moves from back and forth, (5) The propeller spins to move the water in bowl, (6) The two original fish would then move about in the water, (7) The kitten's tail moves about in a realistic, anxious manner. A darling toy that is in perfect working order. Please note that I did not add any water to this toy to check for leakage. All parts are intact and there is no damage or cracks to the fish bowl. A quite nice example of this seldom seen toy. Sure to delight anyone that see's it in action. It is pctured & listed on page 94. It is a 1960's vintage toy made by the Linemar Co. The original box is included.
