COLLEGE JALOPY BATTERY OPERATED N MINT BOXED JAPAN WORKS 50s. Here is a great 1950's toy that is in great condition. The red paint is gleaming. Very light wear if at all. Has all kinds of college sayings of the day such as "Kilroy was here""Cawtion" and "Hiya Babe" plus many more.

It is 10 inches long. The toy works with fresh batteries, you may have to move them around a bit. It goes forward and reverse. When going forward the spotlight on the side blinks.

The steering wheel does steer the car when held straight out. The remote is unusual since it has three buttons, forward, reverse and the button on the bottom is the horn that works fine. The box has some light wear and tear.

It is complete with one thin insert. Note: The picture that shows the front grill looks like it has a stain or rust, this is shadow from the lighting and the angle of the shot.
