There is light wear, the paint is very nice and shiny. Works with mystery action on the bottom while the headlights flash on and off.

This version never had back lights. The box has one small piece missing on a side, some wear and tear and some tape on one edge mostly on the inside. The box has one insert. Please ask any question that you may have.
