1960s LARGE YONEZAWA TIN AMERICAN AIRLINES DC-7C AIRPLANE BATTERY OPERATED IN OB

  
You´re looking at a VINTAGE 1960's. LARGE YONEZAWA TIN AMERICAN AIRLINES DC-7C MULTI-ACTION AIRPLANE BATTERY OPERATED IN ORIGINAL BOX, MADE IN JAPAN.

The plane is in very good used condition with some signs of wear as scratches, stains and paint chips. It has some scratches and paint chips at its wings area.

The left outboard propeller has a crack at its red plastic part, see picture 7. It has some notorious scratches and paint chips where the fuselage is inserted, and at the closing clasp area.

The tail area has a notorious scratch and paint chip at its left small wing area, see picture 9. The battery compartment is clean and free of rust. It has some scratches and paint chips at the fuselage area and at its tail area.

The wheels are in very good condition. The front wheel can be adjusted so the plane can move forward or in circles. It comes marked at its wings with the AA american airlines logo at its left wing and at the right one with the number N4070A.

At the fuselage front part, under the cockpit area with the words Flagship California and the American Airlines words at the middle upper part area, the american airlines logo and AA at its end area, and at its tail the words DC-7C, American and N4070A. The ladder is in great condition with minor scratches and paint chips.

The box shows signs of wear as holes, water stains and some tears, it has the wings, ladder, fuselage, motor inserts. The plane measures 21 3/8 long approx.

X 23 1/2 at its wingspan area. It´s in excellent working condition, when you insert the 3 "D" cells batteries (not included) into its compartment and attach the wingspan into the fuselage, and you move the switch to the on position, the in-board propellers start to move, then the out-board propellers start to move, the plane rolls down (you can adjust the front wheel to do it forward or in circles), while the upper light blinks, then the plane stops, the door opens and the fligh attendant comes out and the passengers dissapear from the windows.
