1950's Vintage Japanese Tin, Battery Operated Police Motorcycle Working

  

Offered, for your consideration, is an excellent working example of a 1950's, Japanese Tin Police Motorcycle. Only marking I have found is "JAPAN" as shown in one of the attached pictures. Tin litho is in Excellent to Like New condition.

Possibly missing a celluloid headlight lens red? Appears to have had very minimal usage, as evidenced by the lack of missing paint on the metal tires.

Operates with two forward speeds, headlight lights and flickers, speedometer needle vibrates back and forth, and has a "sick" sounding siren. Unpainted battery compartment exhibits some surface rust, but no evidence of battery corrosion. A truly very nice operating example. Uses 2 - D Cells. And of course, "Batteries are not included".
